About Sabrfy
Ṣabr — patience.
A prayer and Qur’an companion for the person who did not grow up reading Arabic, and who is often away from home when the time comes.
What we are building
Prayer times you can trust with no signal. The Qur’an with a line under each ayah you can actually read out loud. A step-by-step guide to wudu and to the prayer. And somewhere to pray — masjids and the prayer rooms in malls, airports and universities — wherever you are in the United States and Canada.
How it stays free
No forced ads. No subscription. Nothing locked. Those who can chip in, once or monthly, and that keeps Sabrfy free for everyone else. A tip buys nothing — it pays it forward.
What we will never do
- Generate scripture. The Arabic is the Tanzil text, unaltered. No AI paraphrase, no generated tafsir.
- Pretend to certainty. Pronunciation lines appear only where a person has checked them. Guide steps still being reviewed by a teacher say so, and every one has a ⚠︎ you can tap to tell us something is wrong.
- Hide how old a listing is. Every place shows when it was last checked. Call ahead before you drive.
- Sell your location. It never leaves your device.
The full list, including our halal line and how we handle corrections, is on How we build.
Who makes it
Sabrfy is made by LMKdev — apps by the people, for the people. Something wrong, or an idea? Let us know.
